Warming Up

Stretching is a good warm up for exercise. Do you like doing that? or Just see people doing that. For workout usually people doing that, Toe touches and calf stretches wont prepare your muscle. For warming up the expert said to doing like light aerobic, walking, easy jogging, do this for 5 to 10 minutes, and you're right to go. When cold muscles are stiff and can tear if you overextend them. but they're pliable once the blood is pumping.

After doing that you should save to stretching but remember do not skip it, the range of motion that limbering up supplies protect againt injury and makes your next workout easier. When you do stretch, hold position steady for 10 to 30 second.
